About Me

I am a runner, a physical therapist and a strength coach. I have been running for the better part of 20 years and have been working with runners for nearly a decade. I specialized in helping runners recover from injuries, as well stay strong during training to help with performance and injury prevention.

Struggling with injury for nearly half the time I have been running, I've found how beneficial it is to have a solid strength and mobility routine in place to keep that from happening and to continue to enjoy running indefinitely. I enjoy helping other runners figure out how to implement this into their day to day life.
