No! It is recommended to have a gym membership since most gyms have all the equipment needed. For the program you need access to some weights, bands and a box. The program has barbell prescribed exercises but you can interchange these with dumbbells or kettlebells.
The program is a synchronized program that lines up with various days of the week. If you miss a workout, you can go back to that day and complete the workout on another day or you can move onto the next workout. We all miss workouts and it's okay if you don't complete every workout every week, the goal is to find consistency!
Yes! There is no program cancellation fee or time commitment to the program. You can also cancel before the free trial ends and not be charged.
